Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern your use of TestYourself (the "Service"), operated by TestYourself. By taking a test or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service is

The content on this website is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not provide medical or psychological advice and is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the guidance of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical or mental health condition. The tests and assessments here are designed for self-reflection and personal development only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any psychological or medical condition. Results are provided for interest and personal development only and must not be relied upon for any medical, psychological, employment, academic, or other important decision.

2. Membership, billing, and auto-renewal

You'll be charged £1.95 today for a 48-hour trial. After the trial it automatically renews at £39.95 every 4 weeks until you cancel. Cancel anytime in one click.

Specifically: you pay £1.95 today for 48 hours of full access. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership then automatically renews at £39.95 every 4 weeks, and continues to renew every 4 weeks until you cancel. We will charge the payment method you provide at checkout. Prices may be shown in your local currency.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period, with no further charges after that. Cancel in one click from your account page, or email us at hello@testyourselftoday.com and we will action it for you. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not delete access for the period you have already paid for.

4. Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms and explains when refunds are available.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use, and not to copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute the tests, questions, or reports.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestYourself is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision you make based on your results.
